Ugh, missed the pre-built dlls. I've patched out the bundling and removed the
dlls in %prep.
Regaring the python requires, I guess it's picked up by some automatic
dependency generator - but since mingw-python also requires python itself, this
does not hurt.
Regarding the license, I guess the license of the native PyQt-builder package
is incorrect. The native SIP package otoh uses GPLv2 or GPLv3, which is also
what the license headers of the files in PyQt5-builder reflect, so I'd go with
that license.
