Okay nevermind on the fastavro changes. My eyes were crossed with the other
spec.

However, when I try to add the libcst package to this one, I get a bunch of
errors:

A pip install with the [libcst] extra seems to work just fine. I'm still
digging in to understand why the subpackage fails.
