GNUInstallDirs module is included in CMakeLists.txt but it doesn't make use of the variables it provides everywhere. For this is 0002-CMake-fix-up-install-paths.patch. I updated the patch so that it is cleaner (uses the GNUInstallDirs variables) and removed the explicit -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.
