I believe so:

> $ readelf -a ./usr/lib64/libllhttp.so.0.1 | grep -i soname
>  0x000000000000000e (SONAME)             Library soname: [libllhttp.so.0.1]

I’ve already seen this from rpmlint 2.x several times since Fedora 35 came out;
it seems to be trying to enforce a rule that a package that provides libfoo.so
MUST be named libfoo, which isn’t something Fedora’s naming guidelines insist
on.
