That's an artifact of using the javadoc tool.  Several of our document
generators (javadoc, python3-sphinx, and doxygen, at least) bundle jQuery into
their output.  At this point the number of documentation packages that contain
a bundled copy of jQuery is quite large.

Where to find jQuery in the sources:
- OpenJDK:
src/jdk.javadoc/share/classes/jdk/javadoc/internal/doclets/formats/html/resources/jquery
- Sphinx: sphinx/themes/basic/static
- doxygen: jquery
