Description: VOTCA is a software package which focuses on the analysis of
molecular dynamics data, the development of systematic coarse-graining
techniques as well as methods used for simulating microscopic charge (and
exciton) transport in disordered semiconductors.

In the upcoming 2022 release votca will only be distributed as one big tarball,
this is basically a merge votca-{tools,csg,xtp} to make building it easier (no
more chain builds) and to allow for more testing. Plus it will package the
tutorials as well.
