Description: x2gowswrapper is helper utility that attaches WebSocket streams to

This is based on the x2goserver package by Orion Poplawski
(https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/x2goserver). I am not certain whether we
should leave this as a standalone package (as proposed here) or integrate
x2gowswrapper with the existing x2goserver package.
