However, the packager has never built it successfully <https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1881485>. The package actually happily lives in a module. In violation with packaging guidelines which require every modular package to exist as a nonmodule <https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/modularity/policies/#_requirements_for_modules_in_fedora>.
