I focused too much on the install size. The docs are 17MiB unpacked and the parameter files are 6MiB unpacked. The parameter files could be moved to a third, separate sub-package. But since they seem to compress nicely, and the main package is just 1.6MiB, I don't think that's necessary. I think this is good to go now.
