You can retire the package in Rawhide yourself with:

> $ fedpkg co cLaTeXMath
> $ cd cLaTeXMath
> $ fedpkg retire --notes 'Please replace this text with a brief summary of why 
> the package was retired.'

That should be all you need to do.
