Note: This or its gnome-screensaver counterpart must be available in the repo
before Budgie Desktop, as they are hard requirements for lockscreen
functionality. Preference to budgie-screensaver as it uses meson, has various
patches and general cleanup, and attempts to correct issues when used with gdm
(not recommended).
