I find a little suspicious xspice_cmlib/include/xspice_mathfunc.h header. I do not understand how should it be used and for what exactly. It might be part of examples package. In case it is some kind of binding, it should have subpackage ending with cmlib-devel or similar. Otherwise I think Alain V. did a good job and should take the bug and move it to assigned.
