If you present it like that, it certainly sounds more acceptable ;)

I didn't want to deter you from packaging this - I think having it in Fedora
would be a great addition.
I just wanted to make you aware that there are rules that *might* be
interpreted in a way that could prevent waydroid from being added as an
official Fedora package.
