The Spec URL is correct, I can download and read it, but I cannot properly review the package because the SRPM URRL is not pointing to an actual SRPM package. What you can do, is putting the .tar.gz into ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/ directory and then running rpmbuild -bs python-algopy.spec It will generate a .src.rpm package. You can then upload it somewhere, and link it here. Please let me know if you don't have any place where to upload it.
