Most of their tests require network access. Not suitable for Fedora. Also I
don't want to handle with upstream tests failures.

Yes. Version 1.x require an ancient versions of some Python libraries and
upstream refuses to update their project to match modern API.

This is a self-contained package with a well-known name. It doesn't provide any
libraries for third-parties usage.
