To enable that backend on Fedora requires this package. [There is interest in seeing this be the default backend for Fedora 38](https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected]/message/WCIIV7HGXW5Y7QCPKW6D3TILPOBFTCSS/).
