Build options' and check 'Run fedora-review tool for packages in this project' check-box under '3. Other options' at project settings page [0] and rebuild the project, so the reviewer would have review template at hands. Also, there are built packages at copr site for each build which you can find by opening a chroot link at the bottom left of a build details page, so you could minimise download/upload work.
