A new year and a new build! It turns out the ppc64le clang doesn't have the
required fuzzer library, so I had to disable that test on the ppc64le arch.
Additionally, I had to trace down a semi-random failure on i686, which actually
turned into an upstream PR:

This time I actually tested the build on all the archs:
