I'd probably suggest just going with python-ffmpeg-python as the source package
name, and use python3-ffmpeg-python as the binary package name. Yes, it's
redundant, but it avoids the *known* conflict situation. We've had to do it
before with other Python libraries, so it's not out of the question.
