It is long, but source-foundry-hack-fonts seems ok.  The guidelines suggest
adding foundry name.  As it is very easy to modify an open source font, this
provides good disambiguation, even if other distros have not adopted this
convention.  People who make fonts seem not to often follow guidelines that
make using them on a wide variety of computer systems easy.
