Indeed, numpy was missing from the list. I fixed this and also switch to
%pytest
macro in %check. Updated in place.

I tried to convert to %pyproject_buildrequires/%pyproject_install/…, but it
doesn't
work of out of the box, and I think fixing all the issues would be more trouble
than its worth:
- %pyproject_buildrequires doesn't pick up pytest for some reason, with or
without -w
- some compiled files are not installed properly
I reverted back to %py3_build/%py3_install, which seems much more robust.
I tested with a clean mock chroot, so the forgotten BRs are fixed, and if
something more is needed in the future, it'll be easy to fix. This project is
unlikely
to change deps often.
