I don't really understand why [1] lists all those licenses, there are no
references to them anywhere in the source code. Looking also at the native
packages, the license for Qt packages appears to be

LGPL-3.0-only OR GPL-3.0-only WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0

I've adopted this license, and will also adopt it for the other mingw-qt6-*
packages.

The dir ownership was indeed an oversight and fixed.

All other notices are false positives resp warnings which do not apply to mingw
packages.
