Packaged code is in: https://github.com/mrceresa/dcmtk-offis which follows the official dcmtk git up to 3.6.1 and adds: - proper shared lib soname generation. - reorganize files to conform with LFS I still have to remove charls from the bundled libs as we did for gdcm. There should be no more but I'd rather check with care.
