We have the v1 already packaged, and this is one of these packages where they
put the v2 in a subdirectory, so I think updating the already existing package
will do just fine instead of packaging the v2 separately :

golang(github.com/hashicorp/raft-boltdb/v2) = 2.2.2-1.fc39
golang-github-hashicorp-raft-boltdb-devel = 2.2.2-1.fc39

I'm just updating the package right now.
