Filed https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/SIG/issue/378 for further discussion; my
best suggestion atm is that they should (also) be provided by kf5-filesystem,
but we'll see what KDE SIG says.

I'd rather that not block the review though, as atlantik has (unfortunately
prematurely) already been removed from kdegames3, even though my intention was
that PR to wait until this was complete.
