Ok; I understand. I read here:
http://www.rpm.org/max-rpm/s1-rpm-inside-files-list-directives.html#S3-RPM-INSIDE-DOCDIR-DIRECTIVE

That docdir would mark the directory as a doc dir so to include the files
inside it. I may have gotten confused by the definition or, maybe, in Fedora it
doesn't work that way?
