This is based on the approach of Mikel Olasagasti's
golang-github-azure-sdk-azcore package.
One thing that is odd is that the package path is
"azure-sdk-security-keyvault-azkeys" and the goipath within the package is
expected to be
"github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go/sdk/security/keyvault/azkeys", but
golang-gocloud 0.34.0 expects the goipath to be
"github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go/sdk/security/keyvault/azkeys" (no
/security/).
