I think this should be clarified, especially since it seems to affect other packages (like Yakuake) as well. Maybe after clarification this is an issue for the Fedora-packaging mailing list? Concerning the homepage, you are absolutely right. I somehow ended up on the old homepage (http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=20534) and was confused.
