What does the manual page relate to? IMHO it was the manual page for the wx version which had its own executable in the time of early python3 migration. It still seems like a placeholder, because the executable has much more options than described in the manual page. But it's better to have something than nothing, thus I am adding it under the correct name until upstream comes with something better.
