The idea was actually to include the script as a Source to be able to recreate
the license file from the upstream link, somewhat alike was is done to recreate
a tarball when upstream ships some code that needs to be cleaned up. And not to
run the script at build time, sorry for being unclear.
Indeed, I'm fine with just including a manually cleaned license file.
