I don't think it is correct to modify permissions of file not even owned by the package. %_sysconfdir/%name is not part of the package. I think it is good to provide at least basic commented out configuration to modify. But anyway, this project seems to be abandoned by upstream already: https://github.com/perkele1989/light Does it still make sense to include it into Fedora? If there are actively maintained alternatives, they should be used instead.
