Description: PaPILO provides parallel presolve routines for (mixed integer)
linear programming problems. The routines are implemented using templates
which allows switching to higher precision or rational arithmetic using the
boost multiprecision package.
This package is part of an effort to add the SoPlex and SCIP solvers to Fedora.
The entire collection of packages is available in a COPR:

this package, create ~/.config/mock/fedora-scip-x86_64.cfg with the following
