A tiny Xlib wrapper for Rust.

- Requires rust-x11rb 0.12.0 (not the latest version, but all the dep chain for
alacritty uses 0.12.0)
- It should be possible to run the tests with xvfb-run, but `xvfb-run
%cargo_check` seems to have an unwanted newline.
