reqwest 0.12 is out and depends on a bunch of other dependencies. reqwest 0.11
will stay for a while, as it's an HTTP library used by many others.
It's unrealistic that everyone upgrades to reqwest 0.12 (and http 1, axum, …)
as the same time.
