Yes, I will add a rust2rpm.toml config file when importing the package.

As far as I know, the list on this wiki page is still the authoritative source
for this topic.
I know that there have been efforts to allow more elliptic curves in recent
years, but I don't know if there has been progress.

The only changes I know of is that the "Brainpool" family of curves are now
allowed, and that is not reflected on the wiki page yet:
