Thanks for the detailed explanation.

What about packages that use Versioneer prior to the switch to Unlicense
(<0.27)? Would I have to add "AND CC0-1.0"? I believe I maintain a couple of
packages using Versioneer. So far, I have never paid attention to the license
of _version.py nor to which version of Versioneer is shipped in the sources if
any.
