The janus documentation is intended to be a website with demos and what-not: https://janus.conf.meetecho.com/docs/ I don't think it's essential to have that in the Fedora repos. The man pages, of course, but not the HTML files. Even if a deployment is offline, one would be able to check the aforementioned website to implement anything on required. The drawbacks are too great. It's much harder to maintain a local version of a whole documentation website than it is to maintain janus. It, also, deviates the focus of the important stuff.
