Package looks good to me. Downstream changes are reasonable, well-motivated,
and well-documented.

Two non-blocking comments / RFEs:

1. The "BuildRequires: tomcli" looks unnecessary though. It looks like it's a
leftover from a previous iteration of the spec file where you used tomcli to
patch Cargo.toml instead of patching manually? Please drop it before importing.

2. It might make sense to drop the "bench" feature from the package. It is only
referenced in "required-features" of [[bench]] targets and in code in
benches/*.
