After reading https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pyproject-rpm-macros/ I think
this is incorrect. As I mentioned in comment #19 he Fedora Python Packaging
Guidelines state that a package MUST use one of the following, but the
pyproject-rpm-macros README makes it clear that an explicit BR for the
appropriate python-devel is still required. I'll update the spec and SRPM based
on this.
