I'll create it.

Additionally, I think the tmpfiles.d drop-in meant for `/var/spool/cron` should
be handled by the `crontabs` package itself.
If I want to suggest that, can I write it in the same bugzilla report as of
cronie, or should I do a separate report? I guess the latter...

Of course, that's something which can't be ignored...
Steps I am taking:
- Adding Conflicts=crond.service to cron.target
- Preparing alternatives mechanism for crontab binary and the units if
possible.
