Description:
OpenDMARC is an open source implementation of the Domain-based Message
Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) policy for email
authentication.
This is a Review Request for the EPEL10 build of OpenDMARC.
The EPEL10 version currently available (Bug 2372941) is broken and fails to
install.
I have rebuilt the EPEL9 version for EL10, and verified that it installs and
runs correctly on AlmaLinux 10 with full systemd integration.

I would like to maintain this package for EPEL10. Please consider this for
review.
