I didn't know about this. The problem is the GLib header is
architecture-dependent, so it can't go under /usr/include. I think the
libfoundary header is not actually arch-dependent, but maybe it could be in the
future, so the location seems reasonable. libfoundary-devel was the correct
choice for where to put it.
