Sadly, we had to give up on building documentation for most of the OCaml stack. The documentation is built with a tool called odoc (https://github.com/ocaml/odoc). It creates cross-links between documentation trees when one project mentions another in its documentation. Attempting to do this resulted in a huge number of circular dependencies. Besides that, odoc itself kept adding more and more dependencies. We finally gave up on it, and odoc is no longer in the Fedora repositories.
