It’s implied by "BuildSystem: pyproject"[1]; even "%pyproject_buildrequires"
suffices[2].

It’s a good idea to ExcludeArch: %{ix86} on new arched leaves. It’s not
necessary on noarch packages like this one, because noarch packages are now
never built on i686.
