This package does not follow the Rust packaging guidelines, notably:

> Note that the -n flag should only be used in exceptional circumstances, for 
> example when enabling a different backend than the one enabled by default, 
> and MUST NOT be used to avoid missing dependencies that are part of the 
> "default" feature set of a crate.

So this is wrong:

> %cargo_generate_buildrequires -n -f %{features}
> %cargo_build -n -f %{features}

This will likely lead to the +default-devel package not being installable.

Please address this issue ASAP. And this package should not have gotten
approved as-is since it violates a "MUST NOT" rule from the Rust packaging
guidelines.
