The license of the package isn't GPLv2+ because of the addition "or (at your option) any later version approved by The Eigenbase Project" given in the source file headers. What are the approved versions? I can't find any information on this. If GPLv3 has been approved, the License tag would be "GPLv2 or GPLv3". Otherwise, it's just GPLv2.
