Description: Trustee provides a set of tools and components for attesting
confidential guests and securely providing secrets to them. It operates on
behalf of the guest owner to facilitate remote interaction with guest
components. This package delivers the Key Broker Service (KBS) component
configured specifically for passport-only mode, decoupling resource
provisioning from evidence validation.
