files and folders.

This is a package rename request for the golang-github-schollz-croc package
(https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/golang-github-schollz-croc), required as
part of switching the package to vendoring to comply with new Golang packaging
guidelines
(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Golang/#_naming).
The package already used "-n croc" previously, so I believe that no Obsoletes
are necessary. Please correct me if I'm wrong about that. Looking at the most
recent build (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2494029 the
only binary RPM that uses the old name is the debugsource RPM
golang-github-schollz-croc-debugsource. But it's my understanding that you're
not supposed to obsolete debug packages.
The spec file is the result of the merging the old spec with with a fresh
go2rpm run.
