Description: Decoders for use in the rust-av ecosystem.
Fedora Account System Username: music

See https://crates.io/crates/av-decoders. This is still useful (and a
sufficient dependency for the latest rust-av-scenechange) even with only the
default Y4M backend packaged. We could add the ffmpeg and vapoursynth features
later if they are needed, and if someone packages the bindings they require.
