--- Comment #6 from Andrew Bauer <[email protected]> ---
Hi Phil,
I appreciate the interest. When I started this process, the Netatalk package
needed wolfssl as a dependency, but that was short lived. Even though I
personally no longer need wolfssl today, I decided to go through the package
approval process anyway. Little did I know what I was in for.

The current blocker for this package review is coming to an agreement between
the WolfSSL team and the fedora-crypto-policies maintainers here:
https://gitlab.com/redhat-crypto/fedora-crypto-policies/-/issues/60

I apologize as I just realized I failed to provide this link previously.

In order to comply with system-wide fedora crypto policies, the WolfSSL team
added support for a crypto policy config file, but, per the discussion, the
fedora-crypto-policies maintainers had suggestions for further changes.

This is where the conversation stopped.

Jordan is CC'ed on this package review so lets wait to see if he can tell us
what WolfSSL's plans are to address this, if they are willing. If we don't hear
from him, I'll ping him directly, to see if we can get this conversation going
again.

NOTE:
I have zero background building or troubleshooting this level of crypto. I am
doing this simply for the learning experience. Phil, if you are willing, I
would be glad to add you as a co-maintainer. I will almost certainly need help
troubleshooting issues that might arise during the life of this package.
